Hank Chase

Mr. Chase is the Managing Principal of Integrity Consulting Engineering & Security Solutions (ICESS). He is a retired Navy Civil Engineer Corps (Seabee) Commander who following military retirement was the inaugural lead contractor for Critical Infrastructure Assurance and Resiliency for all Navy and Marine Corps installations and facilities worldwide. Mr. Chase has over 30 years military and other federal experience in critical infrastructure assurance and resiliency. He has directed or conducted over 1,000 infrastructure assurance audits and vulnerability or resiliency assessments, and has supervised the planning, design, and construction of well over $1 Billion in related mitigation projects. Moreover, Mr Chase is the former Program Manager contractor for the Navy’s ongoing $1 Billion Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Program Ashore designing and deploying those technology solutions to all Navy bases worldwide. Mr. Chase holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, and is a registered Professional Engineer. He resides in Virginia.

Sean Kelly

Mr. Kelly is the former Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management for GE Capital Energy Solutions. His responsibilities included identifying and quantifying risks that potentially posed material threats to value across the portfolio. Mr. Kelly has managed equity and debt investments in power projects (wind, solar and thermal), energy service companies and natural resource companies. He previously held various Risk and Technology leadership roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and the UBS bank. Mr. Kelly received his BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and spent his early career in public accounting and as Controller of Subaru of New England before earning his MS in Information Systems (with honors) from Boston University. Mr. Kelly formerly held his CPA license in Massachusetts. He is resides in Connecticut.

Amy Levine

Ms. Levine is a manager with Shenkman Capital in New York City, a leader in credit research and the management of high yield investments. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago. She resides in New York City.
