Mr. Chase is the Managing Principal of Integrity Consulting Engineering & Security Solutions (ICESS). He is a retired Navy Civil Engineer Corps (Seabee) Commander who following military retirement was the inaugural lead contractor for Critical Infrastructure Assurance and Resiliency for all Navy and Marine Corps installations and facilities worldwide. Mr. Chase has over 30 years military and other federal experience in critical infrastructure assurance and resiliency. He has directed or conducted over 1,000 infrastructure assurance audits and vulnerability or resiliency assessments, and has supervised the planning, design, and construction of well over $1 Billion in related mitigation projects. Moreover, Mr Chase is the former Program Manager contractor for the Navy’s ongoing $1 Billion Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Program Ashore designing and deploying those technology solutions to all Navy bases worldwide. Mr. Chase holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, and is a registered Professional Engineer. He resides with his wife and family in Virginia.
Mr. Kaszubowski is a proven technology executive with over 30 years experience in engineering and technology acquisition and commercialization. He is the Senior Director, Division of Entrepreneurship and Economic Development at Old Dominion University. His experience includes strategic planning and policy development with a variety of public and private sector organizations. He has worked for several major aerospace firms supporting NASA’s Space Shuttle, Space Station, and planetary exploration programs, and is a former senior staff member of the Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board of the National Research Council. Marty has served as a consultant to NASA and the National Academy of Sciences. He is a former Director of the Hampton Roads Technology Incubator and is a past member of The Virginia Governor’s Advisory Committee on Small Business. Mr Kaszubowski is a graduate of the University of Michigan (Aerospace Engineering) and the George Washington University (Technology Management). He resides with his wife and family in Norfolk, Virginia.
Mr. Kelly is the former Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management for a large multinational financial services company. His responsibilities included identifying and quantifying risks that potentially pose material threats to value across the portfolio. Mr. Kelly has managed equity and debt investments in power projects (wind, solar and thermal), energy service companies and natural resource companies. He previously held various Risk and Technology leadership roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and the UBS bank. Mr. Kelly received his BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and spent his early career in public accounting and as Controller of Subaru of New England before earning his MS in Information Systems (with honors) from Boston University. Mr. Kelly formerly held his CPA license in Massachusetts. He is married with three children and resides in Connecticut.
Ms. Levine is a manager with Shenkman Capital in New York City, a leader in credit research and the management of high yield investments. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago.
